Sunshine on the Golden-rain tree
I'm a nut when it comes to the skies
A crystal blue sky can hypnotize
A few minutes of sun for our vitamin D
But several hours for the Golden-rain tree
I could do this all day. How bout you?

Bluest Water
Please click to see this picture better. This water was so blue the day I snuck off to get pictures. Even with all the leaves scattered on top of the water edges there was a clarity about the water that took my breath away. For more pictures of this pond check out my previous link.
Please join us in celebrating Watery Wednesday and have a great week! Take care and God bless!

Mystery Yellow Flower
When skies were gray |
Yellow flowers brightened my day These beautiful vibrant flowers grabbed my attention at Jeannie's the other day. They grew along the roadside in front of a field. I found it amazing that the centers of each flower were not the same. Male and female? Join us for more sunny moments with Mellow Yellow and at Macro Monday! |

Greater is He that is in me....
I've done it again. I've stayed up later than my intention. My computer is just rumbling (make that grumbling) :-) along...My husband has gone off to bed without me, but I am drawn to my photos, stirred by my feelings, compelled to share. My God is an awesome God. It just boggles my mind that a God who can create such beauty loves me. I have added this photo to my photos at redbubble. It can be purchased as a print or a card.
I found Ruthi there (at redbubble) too!
In case you you don't want to click on the photo to enlarge but would like to know what the poem says:
There is something about the sky
That covers both you and I
Rather than feeling small
I feel six feet tall
Because "Greater is He that is in me
Than he that is in the world."
When I gaze into the sky.
His love becomes unfurled

Puppy love created with mums
"Dream as if you'll live forever. Live as if you'll die tomorrow."
Greet each day with the exuberance of a pup!
Just Wanted To Wish
You A
Most Enjoyable Day !!
May You Always Have Love To Share,
Health To Spare And Friends That Care
Wherever you are, shine your brightest. This florist certainly made my day. I hope she makes yours! I have never seen a cuter mum! Have you? God bless!

Cotton Clouds vs. the Sun
The cotton clouds like curtains stood
And joined each other in sisterhood
To hide the sun from others view
Although the sun came shining through
It caused my gaze to wander high
To catch a glimpse of cloudy sky
With glowing clouds in snowy whites
Illuminating the sky with blinding lights
To catch a glimpse of cloudy sky
With glowing clouds in snowy whites
Illuminating the sky with blinding lights
If the clouds thought they could be
A block between the sun and me
They must have lost their mind today
Because the sun stood on display

Happy Labor Day!
In between washing and drying my clothes at the laundromat I took a walk and ended up at a nearby bakery that was closed for the day. The flower bed drew my attention. Awww....shadows....
I don't think bakers get to see shadows. Don't they sleep all day and bake all night? :-)
Perhaps they should join us for Shadow Shot Sunday and visit Harriet so they can see what they're missing?
Take care and God bless. Enjoy the rest of your week end and your labor day holiday!
